This Dunkin Donuts location unfortunately is not great. Been there about 3 times and the ALL times they had no donuts, bagels, etc. Just a few munchkins and what looks like old fashioned donuts. They also claim they don't carry any Dunkin gift cards. Then to top it all off the employees have attitudes and give off the impression they don't feel like dealing with the customers.

This location also needs some cleaning .

I frequent this store a lot. Staff is super friendly but unfortunately they are 80% of the time making the drinks wrong. It's either not what I ordered or they are out of something. They once told me the dunkalatte was discontinued which is not true they are just out of it at this store all the time. Today I ordered a latte and this is what I got. Horrible. Last time I go to this Dunkin.

This dunkin never has anything, how are you Dunkin’ Donuts and run out of donuts and hot chocolate and it’s not even 1 pm, the workers there are rude also and this is not the first time it happens it always this way, they need to do better with the staff and also having enough food to last the day or close why still take online orders and there barely any donuts left

These folks were working hard today. This is a busy location at the 9 O'clock hour, no surprise. They were understaffed and juggling the line as well as the Uber Eats and other online orders that were constantly coming in. The guy behind the counter was very polite, apologetic, and multitasking like a pro. That said I was very surprised how well he and the team could handle this stressful situation. I generally expect a fast food level experience when going into any Dunkin'. But this team did an excellent job considering the circumstances, I hope that doesn't go unrecognized by management. The place was clean and the staff were efficient. They deserve 5 stars (and a raise) for handling a tough morning so well.

I have ordered from this location prior and haven't not had an issues previously. I order an uber eats delivery today and my order came to be with my drink flipped upside down soaking everything in the bag and making it a waste. I give them a 3 as I do give partial blame to the delivery person because I do not know how they transported it that it arrived such. But the drink was not in the holder in the bag when it was first packaged which lead to this.
