I ordered a large hot chocolate and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. What I got was 6 donuts and 2 small spilt coffees. I called the store repeatedly, they never answer. The Dasher said that they kept on insisting that this was my order. I don’t know anyone babes Pauline. But I do know that Pauline must be angry for getting my small order. I’ve never been inside of this place personally, but now I know that I never will.

Possibly the worst Dunkin in the nyc area. The employees there might be the issue. The owner needs to train & watch the employees better.The sandwich was ice cold in the middle & hash brown & the coffee was literally warm, I ordered a hot coffee. The guy also added an insane amount of sugar. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been too ever.

This dunkins is not updated at all. You can't even get a decaf latte. And there prices are higher than the more up to date DD. They tried to charge me nearly $7 for a medium latte with almond milk. And the service sucks.
