This morning I was next in line but another customer was allowed to skip ahead because they had been in the store earlier. Instead of taking my order, the cashier in the blue shirt chose to restock cups while customers were waiting, even though cups were already available. This shows a lack of basic prioritization and customer service. Management should provide additional training.

Coffee never taste like flavor asked , never have Dunkin midnight. Never have specialty stuff like cereal ice latte or midnight coffee, bacon a little burned , do not give receipts to anyone and when given a messy cup , I asked for a new cup and the guy put the cup in a cup instead of just giving me a clean cup, I could have pour my lack of tasting like toasted almond coffee into the new clean cup . I eat here often on my way to work today was the last straw I’m over it!!!!!!!! I ordered 2 maple auger bacon sandwich’s, a medium toasted almond coffee with an espresso shot because they never have midnight roast and a small ice tea.

I ordered a large hot chocolate and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. What I got was 6 donuts and 2 small spilt coffees. I called the store repeatedly, they never answer. The Dasher said that they kept on insisting that this was my order. I don’t know anyone babes Pauline. But I do know that Pauline must be angry for getting my small order. I’ve never been inside of this place personally, but now I know that I never will.
