Gave it a well-deserved five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've been getting coffee here for a year now in the mornings when I leave early for a photo hunt. I take donuts for children on holidays. No one has ever insulted me, the men are always polite, always clean inside. and they always have a line, that means a lot.??Parking: ?????

Came to this DD for the first time today after trying to find my 3 year old son 'the donut with the pink or white frosting' . The old guy working in there pretend he didn't see me and took another person's order although I was there before the person he served . He then came to the window and asked 'WHAT DO YOU WANT?!' . I thought wtf, what kind of grumpy rude old man is this . Anyways, I proceeded to make my order . He then handed the me back my card and the donuts and said 'TAKE THIS!' . That's when I knew I had to scold him and tell him he's in the wrong business if that's how he speaks to a paying customer who was nothing but polite to him . Long story short, He didn't seem to care or phased by what I had said and this is why I decided to come on YELP to see if he had done this to anybody else and there it was .... So many complaints about this rude man. I would have requested my money back if my very excited baby boy wasn't gonna cry for the donuts we were hunting (3 different DD) before who bought the two last ones here . Ugh! I hate people who are rude for no reason .

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and it's all because of the nasty manager that works in there. How they let him manage something is beyond me. He's so nasty!!! I've been going there for years every morning and he refuses to take my order, turns the other cheek like he doesn't see me and makes someone else do it. It's almost funny how immature he is. The whole neighborhood said he's horrible so i have No idea how he has a job still. I've reported him many times and will Continue to do so. He hates when I use coupons and he hates having to do anything for me. I wish he would RETIRE! Waiting for that day to come!

I love this place! I moved to this area a 2 years ago and since that time I amvisiting Dunkin Donuts every morning! I love so much ice matcha latte and service is wonderful, guys are very friendly! Thanks to the owner!

They used to be super understaffed now they have a young man working there who is great and the older man is good too ! However, the bigger/ wider man ( I don’t know how else to describe him - the middle aged one) is beyond rude !!! He is unpleasant and the reason I rarely ever come to this shop. He looks you straight in the face and walks away or is always to the side pretending to do something while the other 1 or 2 work.

This is a small little location with out the full Dunkin menu. The staff's level of service needs improvement. However the food is fresh and the drinks are good.
