I bought a hot latte today and I saw the girl pour some coffee from one cup, and then some from another. This is not how you make a latte. We pay a lot of money for a m cup of coffee, and we need to get it right. Please fix this at this location. This is the new girl.

This is the best Dunkin I have been to anywhere in NYC. They are consistently amazing. The way they get your drink order PERFECT is their strongest point. The food is always prepared properly and cooked well (not over or under done.) All my coworkers and and I agree they are the best. Not to mention they are polite and professional, consistently pleasant. They aren't nice in a phony way, it's genuine. And last but not least they are fast. I wish all Dunkins were like this one.

Food is burned 3 different times since we told them to keep an eye on it they still burned bread and cheese. Coffe smelled burned too. They need to adjust their times on warmer.

Ordered online, waited 5 mins then came in they on their phones seating, when I said placed an order 5 mins ago he barely got up and stated doing my order with one hand cuz in the other he were holding his phone and texting , it’s not the 1st time happened with me in this location, so it’s time to leave a review, if you have chance to go to a different location please go so you don’t waste your time and mood here , after service like this didn’t even wanted to drink my coffee!!!

Great Dunkin. Staff is the best. They always remember you and are quick and never get my order wrong. Gil is the man. He always makes sure my order is ready to go when I come in. Him and all the other staff too. Friendly and take care of you. Glad they’re my neighborhood Dunkin’.
