This is my go to place. Christmas Day I went to buy a BOX OF JOE with milk and cream. The milk was curdled when I reached home. I went back the next day to discreetly tell the manager about it. What did she do, she turned the whisper into a shout. Her response? No it was not. I had 19 other customers come and buy and no one complained. My response. Well mine was. No need to argue with both Wrong and Strong. Told her I won’t be coming back. Keep your nasty attitude and milk. Gurlll!!!!

What I like the most about this location is the variety of choices. I like the turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant. I will admit, the turkey patty could be bigger...that was the only disappointing factor of that sandwich. My decaf coffee is made to perfection, but the staff could be a little more enthusiastic.

Coffee is hit or miss. Place is hard to find unless you know the area. Its inside a gas station.

I usually go to a different Dunkin but this morning I decided to stop by this one on Ralph Ave near Ave M. I was appalled by how rude the woman taking orders was. She was a younger, Middle Eastern woman with glasses and a hajib but she didn't have a name tag so I don't know her name. I watched her start multiple orders with "What do you want?" When it was my turn to order, I said good morning to her and she responded with "What do you want?" I really don't want to think it's because we were African American but the woman behind me, who was white, got an expected "good morning" greeting from the same cashier. I did say to her it's rude to address any paying customer with "what do you want?" And in response, she smiled and said nothing. I've been to this Dunkin before but I've never met an employee that was this rude or rude at all for that matter. I hope her boss sees this so they can help her adjust her approach asap.

Tried this location twice. First time they had only 1 (one!) variety of doughnut remaining. At 2PM. Stopped in today because my grandson wanted a doughnut. Ordered on the app. One doughnut was the order. Stood there for five minutes until a woman asked what I was waiting for. Showed her the order on my phone. She gave me the doughnut without looking at me, just an outstretched arm, no thank you. Is it that difficult to be nice to people, to make them feel welcome? I guess so. Plus they leave crumpled dollar bills (tips, I guess. For what I don’t know) behind the counter on a shelf near the food.
Service was, in its way, truly amazing. Plus the place is always filthy.
