Dear dunking donuts,
I have a little advice for you, do not run a promotion that your employees will not honor. It's a disgusting way to run your business. This establishment first tried to tell me "there is a $5 minimum to reload my DD rewards card" and now they will not honor the 1.99 latte or mochaitto offer. Apparently their system is down, but your system is working perfectly fine.
