This is the WORST Duncan in this neighborhood. Staff legit ignores you when you walk in and stand on the line, not even a “I’ll be right with you” I had to walk out at least 5 different occasions. Please employee people who have costumer service skills. Do yourselves a favor and walk a few blocks to the one by the alpine. Avoid this one at all costs

Don't get me wrong. I like Dunkin' Donuts. But why are you so expensive? It's ridiculous, 5 and change for a little donut and coffee.Okay at least make the donuts a little bigger

Been to this location 3 times and each time was a miserable experience. There’s one woman who has a nasty attitude and is always messing up the orders. They take forever and after waiting 15-20min just for my coffee to taste awful it’s not even worth it to ask them to remake it.
The customer service this morning at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very disturbing. The lady in black scarf ( whose name I asked couple of times and she didn’t give it to me) at that place first of all took my order with tons of attitude, second wrong and third was yelling at me I ordered hot latte instead of cold. She ruined my mood for the whole day. She has to be fired from that place as soon as possible. I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts main office and lookin forward to get a call from the owner.
