Manager who apparently lives upstairs of the Dunkin location leaves milk out of the fridge allow it to go bad its getting spoiled and there was an issue with The Matcha tea powder uncovered making it smell very fishy because it's exposed it goes stale I was telling her my concerns about the tea and dairyi milk being out so long she brushed it off and was very dismissive she does not care very rude very uncaring and very nasty.

This is the WORST Duncan in this neighborhood. Staff legit ignores you when you walk in and stand on the line, not even a “I’ll be right with you” I had to walk out at least 5 different occasions. Please employee people who have costumer service skills. Do yourselves a favor and walk a few blocks to the one by the alpine. Avoid this one at all costs
