I came at 6:48 p.m to buy some donuts the cashier said "we are closed"
Can’t go to this place early in the morning, they are the slowest staff you’ll ever encounter. I was on like with 4 people ahead of me. After waiting for ten minutes, I just had to leave to get to work. They’re nice, the coffee is good, but the staff are the slowest people you’re going to ever encounter.

I've been to a lot of dunkin' donuts The dunkin' donuts on 18th avenue I have to say that store is immaculate and clean and the services excellent now they just fix the one over here and watch 3rd and Kings highway it's immaculate and clean the one on Bay parkway and 86th Street that place needs an oval Hall first of all they need to redo the whole inside over it's disgusting and then the other one weighed down on 20th I think in 86th Street that one needs to be done over because that one is filthy also but I love dunkin' donuts and I like it better when the men work in the store they're more sufficient they're more on point the women are too much on their phones and yak and yak yak yakin so but like I said I give Dunkin donuts a five star because I love their coffee and please dunkin' donuts clean up Bay parkway in 20th and all the other ones cuz you made everything else brand new those need to be brand new too and oh another thing why does dunkin' donuts and Bay parkway in 86th Street never have the caffeinated coffee they give me the excuse that they never have any but I can go there and dunkin' donuts and they have it and that's my and that's my opin
