You have a lot of people hanging inside the place without buying food or drinks taking up the tables.There was one incident where were school kids rolling pot cigarettes on the counter where people eat and another incident where there was two females putting on there make up which gave off a strong chemical smell as the staff just a lgnores everything.

GET SOME STAFF OR TRAIN THEM BETTER The counters were sticky I worked in fast food and we have to keep the dinning room clean idk why you’re staff couldn’t do that and the grilled cheese sandwich needs to come off the menu that was nasty tasted like dish water its not even grilled gross as heck!

I came to dunkin all the way from Canada. The customer service is way too good. Shajia and her other coworker is way too good. They gave me donut free and made me a really good latte. Highly recommend this place

Weekends here are so slow. If I put in a mobile order at least 5-10 before I pick it up, why isn’t my order ready for pick up? I wouldn’t be annoyed if it’s because they’re busy but it wasn’t. Also they have most of their drinks on tap so it doesn’t take that long to make. Especially since I give a 5-10 min buffer incase it is busy. If you need to get to work on weekends you’ll be waiting a while for your drinks.

Every time I go to this location it is packed . Customer service is horrible and they never have donuts !!! I went this morning to get some donuts for my son class after waiting on line for about 10 mins I asked if they had any more donuts in the back or if they will be making/getting more and they completely ignored me so I walked out, this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me and it’s crazy that I need to uber or go to a different location because of these reasons . If you considering going to this Dunkin please reconsider and go to the next nearest location .

Ordered a dunkin' energy. Menu said 3.99 for a medium drink. When I looked at the receipt, I was charged almost 6 dollars. I asked the person at the register she said tax. Got refund
