Horrible attitude from employee. I tried to redeem a code but couldnât. I tried asking why but the cashier would not explain and just kept repeating no. She also forgot to make my drink and when I asked about it she sighed and glared at me before making it. Being tired does not excuse unreasonable attitude.

The place is empty, yet each and every one of the tables are absolutely disgusting. The cashier seemed to have an attitude with me while ordering and was annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself as she whispered/spoke at a super low voice everything said to me.
On top of that, the roof seems to be leaking. My beverage wasn't too bad at least though (mocha cold brew with sweet foam)

SIX TIMES !!!! 3 ice coffee with cream. 2 without sugar and one with sugar. When I get home not a hint which one had sugar. If it was according to the labels... all of them had it. Comment update: they gave me two of them with sugar. This is the reason some people can't be trusted with a better job.

The service was good but after I made my purchase I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no, I can clearly see 2 bathrooms and they are blocked off by a sign saying âemployees onlyâ. Thatâs not good customer service . Why have bathrooms if your patrons canât use them!

Terrible service, the manager here is horrible. I ordered a caramel iced latte. It's not my fault you don't have patience to train your trainee and attend customers. I never said put cream in my iced latte. I said WHIPPED CREAM. And she started to argue and screamed about my order, saying she asked 5 times. And those 5 times i said whip cream. I said I wanted a refund, and she gave it to me, throwing the money and slamming the cash register. Transfer her somewhere else, demote her, or just fire her. You guys don't need that type of people working for this location.
