The service was good but after I made my purchase I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no, I can clearly see 2 bathrooms and they are blocked off by a sign saying “employees only”. That’s not good customer service

I didnt visit my dunkin but i will today,i was working long time in this location,only you need to teach everyone from online university and gain ur reputation back brand people plz work on floor not from offices,give the crew what they want and what they deserve be leaders like before .dunkin need to help and establish sites to train local hard workers and gain educated person and support more .i faced alot of difficulties but i go arround to gain knowledge.also dont hire non...

Just went to buy Pralines and Cream, ice cream. All pre packaged ice cream at Dunkin Donuts doubled in price overnight. A few months ago. I stopped buying there. But I had to have Pralines and Cream. It was months.
