Quite simply the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. It’s not really the fault of the staff because there was only one person there trying to serve all the customers and mobile orders. It takes forever even when it’s relatively empty. And they’re not exactly courteous when you do get to place your order. You would probably get your order quicker if you’d ordered it on a delivery app.

I ordered a pumpkin latte today. What they made for me can’t even be called coffee. First of all, they used old coffee (previously brewed), then they didn’t add the pumpkin syrup, and there was no whipped cream either. I had to throw the drink away. Terrible.

I have visited a lot of Dunkin’ but this one was sad!! Food was trash and coffee was over sweet even when I asked for less sweeteners.
I enjoyed my experience at Dunkin Donuts on 7th Ave in Brooklyn! My latte was made perfectly to my liking, and the hash browns were cooked just right. The setup is nice, but I do wish they had higher counters or s better safety counter door for staff protection. Overall, I will visit again.

Slowest Dunkin on earth. You can go in this one when it's empty and the ladies will still make you wait 10 minutes for a donut and coffee while they converse.
