No seating except a small table. One guy making orders. Took awhile. Waited too long to be informed they had no hot chocolate. We had to inquire. We had waited for so long then asked.. *** If you are headed to the Dyker Heights to see lights, visit 84th between 11th & 12 Ave. They have have hot chocolate being served outside their home, popcorn & even saw an Auntie Anne's truck. Go see lights and get a drink enroute.

It was my first time trying real donuts in the United States, and I’d say they were good. The cookie butter latte was great, and they also have cappuccinos. The medium cup was actually huge! Big thanks to the staff.

I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte through UberEats, but what I received was just a cup of milk with no trace of matcha at all. While UberEats did refund me for the drink, I’m honestly more disappointed than anything else.
I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when it’s close to closing time. I’m not a difficult customer, and I would have been okay if the store had contacted me to let me know they were out of matcha. Other stores sometimes call, substitute items, or even cancel when something’s unavailable. But to receive plain milk instead of what I was looking forward to was really frustrating.
I was genuinely excited for my drink, and that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I hope this doesn’t happen to others and that the store communicates better in the future.

this location frequently makes mistakes on our drinks and is especially inconsistent with sweetened flavors. sometimes my coffee tastes like straight creamer even from the top. though they seem understaffed most of the time so i can't blame them; wait times are always way longer here than my usual location. food is usually okay.
on a side note if you're a customer reading this please be considerate to fast food employees. there's no reason to spread negative energy it's not helpful especially to someone handling your food..
