The guy working on 5/7/24 at around 430pm did not know about nurses week nor about the free coffee for nurses. But the real issue was his nonchalant rude attitude! He was very dismissive! It’s nurses week you jerk!! You will need a nurse pretty soon.

I come here early morning for a simple coffee and the coffee has to be the worst coffee ever. I ask for a little sweet and the lady at the register adds no sugar. I asked for cream and she adds regular milk. When I go to the register she asks me to go to the other side when I haven't EVEN ordered. The bagel was so hard I lost my appetite. She needs to learn to say you're welcome to the customers that actually have to deal with her careless attitude. I asked for extra napkins and she made a mean FACE. I will not be coming back here.

There was a new guy (been here 10 years and never saw him before) and his attitude was horrible he threw all my 6 separate orders of hash browns in a paper back. That’s 30 pieces all thrown in. Everything was broken.And when I asked him to put them in seperate paper bags like how it was supposed to be, he was rolling his eyes and cursing.The worst service I ever got from this location and I have been coming here over 10 years . The other ladies sometimes have attitude but not like this guy.Because of this guy , I will never come back here again.The management have to be careful what kind of people they hire

Coffee no goodOrdered a drink that tasted like water, walked back to the counter and asked politely if they could remake itIt took the woman 5 minutes to even consider remaking it for me. She stuck her tongue out, pointed to her tongue and was saying that its my taste buds or something I ate. After I assured them my tastebuds work normally, they took the lid off and did something to the already made drink, handed it back to me. I told them it still tasted like water so the 2 woman were saying something to each other about me, seemingly annoyed with me. After 10 minutes, i finally had a new drink made. The woman handed it to me, didn’t say anything, and stared at me very hard until I took a sip. It still tasted bad but I felt very very uncomfortable with them so I just gave thumbs up so she would stop staring at me. She rolled her eyes, put up her hand and walked behind the counter

If you ask them for ketchup and napkins, they hand you over 1 packet of ketchup and 2 napkins as if they’re doing you a favor out of their pocket. Menu is never matching what you see onpine if you are ordering ahead. They replace it without informing you.
