Ordered a cake prior for my baby shower and on the day OF the bakery called saying they cannot decorate the cake the way I wanted it. Very very unprofessional.

I hate how they always say the coupons goes on automatically when it does not. HAVE THEM SCAN YOUR COUPONS !
While they are at a convenient location and have great view on 3rd floor parking lot, they suck. Always long line and lack opening of registers. Out of basic items quite often too. As well as not many choices. Some stuff are actually more expensive than places like target. Groceries are often rotten. No I do not open every bag and pick them out. The picture is of a lady that cut in front of the line when everyone is waiting, and when confronted she gave you that look which I got a snap shot of. If everyone is politely waiting in line, please do so also. Our time is just as precious as yours.
Absolutely ridiculous how the staff here works. They are super lazy and took at least 10 minutes to scan like few items. Some are new and you can tell they are not train well because how you not know how to make a credit card payment options. Then an item was not scan properly and needed to do the whole transaction again. This location is horrible. The cart is always all over the parking lot near the cars which is super dangerous.
Very disappointed with buying avocado at bjs recently, Is the 3rd time I can’t eat any of my avocados, because they all black inside and not good to eat at all. Please fix this
Half the time i come here there aren’t any rotisserie chickens available. When that happens, I’m forced to wait half an hour or more or go home without chicken.
Elevators are always broken, be careful, you don't park your car on the second level parking, you'll be stock like me with 2 cases of water. Insane!
Their customer service is lacking both in store and over the phone

I will never come back to this location again. I came to exchange three things right before closing and the woman called the manager to let them know at the door. I get to the register and the manger Sheldon with the dreads and glasses says I can no longer do an exchange and that I can only purchase what I needed. I will never come back to this location ever again.

I am very happy with my purchases at BJs! Prices are always low here, especially if you buy in large packages. The range of goods is simply huge - from food to household chemicals.
Shopping here is convenient and the stores are spacious. I also appreciate being able to order online - it saves time. The membership program provides additional discounts and exciting offers. Overall, BJs is a great place to get a great deal!
While shopping, I found mold on the supposed to be fresh raviolis. I complained and asked for a refund. They canceled my account but 23 days later still no refund.
I went back a day later and checked the section. I would have thought they would have discarded the whole section. No, they only took out the ones that were showing mold. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY SELL SPOILED FOOD.
The butcher John N is really helpful. He always goes out of his way to help customers, even if he is busy. He cuts and trims meats very well and is always willing to go out of his way for customers and their needs to make sure they get what they’re looking for.
Today went to BJ and the Asian woman gave us some bad attitude just because we didn’t know how to use self check out machine. “yo”ur job is supposed to help customers not to show attitude.. after my BJ’s membership is over I’m done..never signing up here again..if BJ’s managers see this pls have ur workers to get more trained.
