This is the worst dunkin! Picked up my mobile order, they gave me the wrong donut and wrong sandwich. Also I was looking at the receipt to verify it was mine, and the employee snatched it out of my hand. They always forget part of my order or mess it up. Go to the location on 65th instead, it’s much better.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Brooklyn. I've been coming here almost daily for years. The other day, I order (online) a frozen coffee. I arrive to pick up my drink only be told the frozen coffee machine is broken. Now it's always something here. The latte machine is broken, there's no croissant for the sandwich, etc. there is usually something wrong. So when I get there she says "the machine is broken, so you want an iced coffee instead?" No, I don't want an ice coffee. I paid for a frozen coffee! So she gives me the pink receipt to come back and pick up the frozen coffee on another day. Fast forward to today, I bring the receipt in and they're giving me a hard time about making the drink. I tell them I'm in there every day, which the manager (Ferhzi) even acknowledges. But she has to call whoever was working that day. Fine, whatever. But I guess the other employee on the phone was confused and said the latte machine was broken, not the frozen coffee machine. Okay, than why am I here with a receipt of a frozen coffee I never received? Am I trying to steal from this Dunkin' Donuts that I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the past several years?? Ferhzi finally agrees to make it "just this one time". Now I'm getting pissed because you better do this every time there's an issue with your broken machines and confused employees! So I ask her name. She tells me "Ferzhi" and then says to her employees "don't make it since he's gonna complain". Well I did complain, ferzhi. I got my refund and bonus points. Avoid this place until they replace the staff.

Was in and out but their dining area is gross. Paper everywhere and tables were sticky. It was just not a clean place.

This place is trash, they do your order all wrong, they have an attitude, and you have to wait forever to order because only one person is working the counter and the other is probably in the back chilling. They tell you they “dont have” something , when its clearly right there but they just are too lazy to do it. If you want to get profit and regular costumers maybe hire young people who are not lazy for the job? Also the attitude? As if they're making peoples coffees out of their own pockets? This is really really unacceptable, other dunkin stores are way better dont waste your time here
