The guy at the counter is a creep. Easter Day 3/30/24 it was my time to order and he just told me where the bathroom was, to meet him and the guy behind me. When I asked for explanation he just walked away. I went to talk him again and he pretended to not speak English. This is disgusting. Never again in that dirty DD. Sad because I’ve been going there for years and the people at the counter used to be a great crew.

it took me almost 20 minutes to get two orders of PLAIN snackin’ bacon, I placed it, and they continue to serve everyone before me and the workers would call me up for the wrong order, and almost gave it away to another customer, and when i finally told them how long it was taking politely, and specifying if it was PLAIN or not, and they said yes and just served me it anyways . disappointing service

This is the most disgusting Dunkin franchise I have been to. I went in yesterday and found a line of people giving up on waiting while workers literally walked around acting as if customers weren’t waiting. A young guy took over the cash registrar only after a customer told him to! He came out of the bathroom and straight to the coffee! Unbelievable! The promotional gift cards do not even encourage you to go there, it’s disgusting. Avoid and close it down.

Service was a bit slow. Not too friendly. People begging for money both inside and outside. The train station is across the street. They make good coffee and lattes though.

I ordered in store. The sales/cashier man is the only one working taking customers. It was a hand full of people but he managed to take care of everyone including myself with no problems. He was great scanning my freebies such as my rewards & the app promotions I received. He is Great with customers! ?

The coffee at this Dunkin is fresh and they will make it fresh even if you show up at closing time.
They always close before the listed time of 8pm. I was there around 6:30pm recently and they wouldn’t make any food. I regularly walk past around 7-7:30pm and the store is already dark.
