The worst costumer service. They are good to charge but they give you whatever. You pay for latte or capuchino and they give you just black coffee without milk. They make cappuccino or late the same thing or little bit milk or just cream but either one they not mske it right . Also the place doesn’t look clean and those coffee machine look dirty and messy. Honestly around should have a better coffee shop.

Poor Customer Service. How could you be a donut shop named Duncan Donuts and not have any donuts ready, being prepared, or on-site from opening up? Instead, you have customers looking silly standing there with little to no options other than drinks and beverages provided. It’s disappointing for anyone to experience that despite the regular day when service is decent than poor with low energy
