I’ve been going here all my life!! And i love dunkin . this dunkin is by a lot of crackheads so they can be a lil pushy but no harm. Anywho inside i be feeling bad for the workers cuz some people have no chill and will yell at them for no reason/ messed up orders (which is understandable to a degree) but the workers itself is very nice and understanding , especially when i come in and ask for nonsense haha . Food good too , never ever had a rotten egg smelly donut or yada yada . i love dunkin thx dunkin for putting this dunkin by my house . thx dunkin workers too for puttin up w a lot and giving good service

The worst, I was called names because I did not give a person who was hanging around inside money and then I started getting harassed and threatened. I told the staff that I wanted to speak to the manager to let him know what just happened to me and they pretended not to understand English . I will not return to this location and all my coworkers feel the same way…..

Horrible. I waited over 10 mins for an iced coffee, because everyone was too busy doing their own thing, looked like they wanted to look busy but truly wasn’t. I finally asked someone who is making my drink. SMH never going again. They need to be trained how to work customer service better.

This is the worst, most inefficient dunkin’ donuts in the tri-state area - maybe even the country, and that includes every dunkin’ located in an airport.
Orders for mobile customers are kept behind a wall of plexiglass, which I assume is to prevent theft. Albeit inconvenient, this would be fine if there was always someone there to hand you your order - there is not. Whoever you can manage to flag down is the person who ends up handing over your order, and this can take upwards of ten minutes - so hot food and drinks are sitting there for upwards of ten minutes, getting cold, while you’re waiting and trying to flag someone down, all because they want to prevent theft. I can’t imagine the money you save from an occasional stolen order even come close to the amount of money you lose from customers who avoid this location and dunkin' altogether because they don’t want to deal with this terribly inconvenient obstacle to getting their morning coffee.

This place is short staffed with two people whom seem to never worked in customer service before. They barely speak to you and got my order wrong twice and all I got was a refresher. The Berry Burst refresher which tasted like recycled caffeinated fizzed water. I threw up immediately after drinking it.
