Their coffee hits differently. I drive 30 mins away to get this coffee.

On October 15th, a little after 3:30pm, I went to this Dunkin Donuts location before my bike ride. I was INTENSELY desiring a hot chocolate for my ride, because of the cooler temperatures and also because it is one of my go-to hot drinks.

I get to the register and this young, African American woman with a dark, blond wig was at the counter to take my order. I begin to order the hot chocolate but instantly stop and ask the what were the ounces for the medium and large sizes. She seems to be annoyed by my question, as it is not a typical question a customer may ask, but she is clearly unaware of the answer and says 4!!! LOL. I repeat, “4???” Clearly, that was wrong. I asked that question because I had my empty water bottle with me to be filled with hot chocolate for my ride and I measured its capacity before I left to be a bit more than 20 oz so I wanted to get a drink size that would fit in the bottle. I stared to explain that to her, but I stopped because she seemed incompetent. There was a cup on the counter and she kinda slammed it and said that it was a size medium. (Later on, I found out that it was a small).

So I tell her that I would take it and asked if she could she use almond milk in replacement of whatever milk they usually use. She tells me that the hot chocolate is from an actual machine and the almond milk is separate. I was lost because I have never come across a Dunkin’ Donuts that uses a machine to dispense hot chocolate. So I ask her for clarity and she just stares at me, blinking her eyes in silence. After 5 seconds of that, I just walk out.

This young lady needs EXTENSIVE training, manners and respect. That was customer service at its WORST!!! IF I ever return there and I see her, I will not step foot in and just go to another Dunkin’ Donuts.

Fashion Forward

I used to go to this location atleast 3-4 a week faithfully because it's the closest to my house. I could put up with food orders taking a while or drinks getting messed up. We all make mistakes. However, I CAN NOT put up with nasty, stank attitudes from staff. Never walking foot in there again. And it su sucks because there are a few really nice employees there. There's a young Hispanic man there and hes the best. Give him a raise. As well as one of the managers. Really nice. Oh well, I have 2 other locations I frequent that not only get my orders right everytime, they also know how to talk to people. I'll go there moving forward.
