Ugh! EVERYYYYYY time I order from them my drink is made wrong. How are you supposed to sell coffee and don’t add the main ingredient in the drink? Far too many times this has happened. They don’t handle pressure well. So if it’s busy, you mind as well keep walking past them. I wish I can give them negative starts because they certainly don’t deserve that.

This lady is unprofessional and rude. I see that is her character because this is not the first time. I gave her two opportunities.I asked for almond milk and she gave me regular milk. Which cause me to ask her why was there not oat milk instead and that was all it took for her to snap. If im spending thirty plus dollars at this place clearly i would know what im asking for. She need to be replaced

I send my son today at 10:49am to Dunkin donuts at 241 ARockaway Parkway Brooklyn NY 12121,,,, I was charged $12.44 for The $6...promotion meal ,,on my cash app card.... my son ordered the $6 ,,,they stole off my cash app... the store receipt (Eat In #3295)
While visiting the store today, along with my 7 yr old Child, explicit music was playing with curse words this is not the first time, the customer experience was horrible to hear offensive music like this around children around repeated customers is unacceptable-if they’re going to play music in this establishment play something that is family, friendly, or professional music. Far as the staff goes it’s pretty fair However, I noticed if I order anything other than hot chocolate, it becomes too complicated to make for them. I would have to double check my order or try my order before I leave
