please make sure all, specifically hot beverages, are secured (double the cups) before handing orders to food delivery people! every time i order from here, drinks spill everywhere and damage the entire order.

Prices are too high. It takes a long time for you to get your food. Bagels are not as good as they use to be. Coffee is great.Parking: You can park right outside of Dunkin donuts.

I've gone to this Dunkin doughnut many times and have had a great experience in the past years. For the last year they just haven't been able to satisfy the taste of the coffee I've had in the past nor the customer service. The coffee taste different. It's like to coffe pot isn't being cleaned properly. I use to leave reviews about this Dunkin doughnut because of how good the coffee tasted and the customer service. I can't say this anymore and they must be under new management. I would not recommend.

I asked for three jelly donuts and they gave me three glazed donuts. I could you get that wrong within a span on 30 seconds??
They gave me a eucalyptus tea with milk!!! And when I got to my car a started to drive home I was already half way arriving to my house when I noticed my tea had spoiled milk!!!!smh.. bad for business

I'm usually a pleasant person to people but I have to be bluntly honest. This location doesn't even try. These other reviews must be 100% fake because everytime I've ordered from this place this messed up my ordered. Fooled me 3 times but never again will I order from here. The staff must be absolutely brain dead. How do I order two items and ya forget a whole item and mess up my coffee. I'm a big dunkin donuts supporter especially my wife since she buys from this company every day basically but this location. Big Fat ZERO. Horrible and also they do not pick up the phone in this place. Corporate needs to do something as soon as possible.
