Racial PROFILING!! How about i reported this incident in May and the people just called me this morning in August. Im African American the day i came in i was starving we were hosting my uncle's funeral down the block at a funeral home. They dont allow food this was the nearest food. I deeply regret coming here and how the staff made me feel as a black woman. The man ahead of me middle eastern has a $100 bill and they arent supposed to accept bills bigger than $20. I come with a reward but its a screenshot now they reject me the black girl but take the middle eastern mans $100 that they didnt even verify if real or not. I made a report that same week the email said expect a response that week. Its now AUGUST and i get a random call. Explains the story the man apologizes then when i asked for updates and feedback he like huh why? What u mean why sir u aint hear what i just said i experienced the day i had to bury my dead uncle and i came hungry to your business and how i was treat but how their own race they aint hesitate to kiss the man's butt in front of me. Yeah dont ever go there racist and terrible!!

First and foremost good morning! What a great way to start mine because not only do I run on Dinkin I run my best with greatest Dunkin customer service. Here at 1710 Eastern Pkway has just that. I INSTANTLY got greeted by Kanapathipil with such a genuine friendly smile. He then proceeded to take my order and listened and fulfilled. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with my cheese melted (delivered), a sweet black pepper snackin bacon, not too toasty (delivered), 10 munchkins, 5 glazed chocolate and 5 glazed blueberry, can’t mess that up and a medium iced caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle on the bottom of the cup then topped with whip cream and a little more caramel drizzle and yet again, HE DELIVERED!!!! Everything wa great. I then wanted jelly for my sandwich, yeah, it’s been a thing I’ve done since high school, it’s actually tasty and I forgot you have to pay for those now until the girl that was making the food and looked at me like umm I can’t do that then turned to Kanapathipil who I then figured was either the manager or shift supervisor and told him and he instantly with a head nod of assurance saying give it to her, no ifs, ands or buts, no sorry it’s an extra charge for that, none of that. She handed the jelly to me. He then came back and asked me if I needed a plastic knife, I would have eventually realized I needed one but I said oh yes, very kind, such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not to mention that in the hour I’ve been sitting in here enjoying my food and writing this review and sipping my coffee there have been about 10 guest that came in greeting him as regulars, like they look forward to seeing him and him then. Just so pleasant. Ohhhhh, and he gave a dog a doggy cup of whip cream. GO KANAPATHIPIL!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!! I will be back for sure. I will now become a regular when in the area. Thank you for being so pleasant and for making my coffee PERFECT!!!!!

Went there around 1230am tonight and the man at the register was very polite..however the food that i ordered tasted like dirty electric..they need to keep the toaster cleaned it tasted horrible i threw it right away

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations in the neighborhood when it comes to early breakfast. They had the nerves to burn the hell of of my croissant instead of sending me another one. I guess because it was a delivery they didn't care. So be very cautious when ordering from this location. They don't know the difference with temperatures.
When the order taker is unsure of the pronunciation of basic numbers in the common tongue, you can rest assure thine order will be incorrect. Securing myself with the best count Dracula impression I could muster, I delightfully attested and confirmed that the count was on par. Prior orders had resulted in bogeys.
