I think this is the most destroyed room/building I have seen in the entire NYC. There is literally not a single piece of wall or furniture that is not falling apart in this Dunkin. Holes in the ceiling, falling apart tables. It is so absurd that you can just use this Dunkin as some sort of modern art piece to show a dystopian future when human civilization is no more and only gangs roam the barren landscape. That is to sell you a $6 robusta coffee. It is not just worse then any Dunkin I have ever seen, but I think this is not just the most horrible restaurant, but the scariest publicly accessible room in the NYC.
Not one star because the staff was always very nice and that's not their fault.

Truly a disgusting place to be in, it looks so dirty and I have no clue how they aren’t shut by Department of Health. The workers are even more rude, and more disgusting, they have no communication skills with their customers. Eating anything I purchased from there makes me feel disgusted, looking at their work place was gut wrenching and soooo horrible. DOH please shut this place down !!! Or renovate it!!

I think interacting with a machine would have been more pleasant and more helpful than whoever was working there the day I came in (9/8/24). We had very reasonable questions about what options were available due to the limited menu, and we were treated like idiots. There are other Dunkin’s nearby, go there to avoid being treated incredibly rudely by the worst cashier I have ever met.

Found a hair in my coffee… The place was very dirty and run down. Every other Dunkin I’ve been to has made my drink better than this one. When I saw the hair in my coffee I was so disgusted I threw it away immediately. This drink was a waste of my money. Please improve your hygiene and cleanliness!
On 5/21/24, I placed a mobile order (#5807) for a Wake up wrap (sweet black pepper bacon, egg and white cheddar cheese) and a decaf medium iced latte with whole milk, hazelnut flavor and sweet n low.
The male employee who made my order...I should have asked his name...pleasant and professional. That was very important since it was around 545am. Not to mention, my latte was yummy (second time he has made it for me) and my breakfast sandwich was just right. Keep up the good work.

I don’t even write reviews, but I had to write a review about this location. This is the most visibly disgusting location you will ever go to not only that the manager is so extraordinarily scary and rude. I ordered something on the mobile app and came in for him to say they don’t have it, I said OK. Is there anything I can do or can I get a refund instead of helping me with any of my questions (though there was no one else in the location.) He responded very rudely to me and started to push me out of the location, I did not argue, but he definitely tried starting an argument with me and my boyfriend which made me feel super unsafe as well as if I didn’t choose to be a good person he could’ve easily escalated the situation out of proportion. This location is extremely dirty. The closest location is on J St. And the difference is uncanny. This manager does not know how to upkeep a location as you can clearly see droppings all over the floor… I’m not even trying to be dramatic, but this was the worst experience I have ever had in any establishment and him and his workers deserve to be fired and their store close down.
