Yo, the coffee at Dunkin' was straight-up trash. I ordered a shot of espresso with coffee, but the dude didn't add it and then lied about it. He came back with another cup, but it didn't have any cold foam. And to top it all off, they didn't even have the donut I wanted and refused to give me a different one. What a joke!

I agree with the other review 100%. After ordering my ice coffee I sat down at the table. Crawling down the wall, a big brown roach. I didn’t get a picture.
My last time going to this location. Could be roaches in the coffee and on the donuts. I’m stirring my coffee around look for roaches dead and/or alive.
I guess the health department doesn’t care about those things.

I witnessed something highly disturbing this morning at Dunkin. As I walked into the shop at 6:23 a.m. and approached the counter, I noticed small roaches running all over the muffin. I immediately called out to the young lady behind the counter and showed her what was happening. Despite my concern, she seemed confused and asked if I still wanted the muffin and coffee. I declined and left the shop feeling sick to my stomach. It's alarming to think that Dunkin has been serving its customers such contaminated food. I have been a loyal customer since 2016, and this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted. The health department needs to investigate, as I'm not sure how Dunkin has managed to maintain a Grade A rating. I should have taken photos, but I couldn't believe how many were running around, and it was a normal day for her.

Service is slow. They always seem to have an attitude except one guy. They always running out of items. Did a pre order walked in 25 mjn later still wasn't done and then asked if it's ok I get the coffee with no lids cause they don't have any.

Terrible, they were extremely unprofessional and made me wait 30 minutes for a dozen donuts that they had ready in around 5. Moreover, they did not even give me the correct donuts, they merely replaced the donuts with other donuts I did not ask for. I am extremely disgusted and disheartened.

Went here on a rainy day after taking a test at school. I had a coupon for a free iced coffee. Wasn't sure if there'd be whipped cream on it or not (there wasn't) but I asked the employee if I would able to pay an additional $0.5 for whipped cream. The very kind employee didn't hesitate to not only give me whipped cream but ALSO chocolate syrup and did not take the money. Perhaps it was because there were other people in line behind me and the generous man was the only one working, but I greatly appreciate what he did, regardless of how little the money was. My friend also ordered a small signature latte and he went a small extra step to adding cinnamon sprinkles. She absolutely loved it. It's the small things that count. Thank you very much kind sir!
