The workers are very slow. I was there Sunday Jan 11th at 11:50am standing in line waiting to make my order. Literally the second person in line; I was third but a customer in front of me was second. But he got frustrated and left because the workers were taking way too long. Then some other customers behind me left too for the same reason. I tried to wait patiently; but I couldn’t. So I left. This location need to do better. This is a work pace environment. They were moving way too slow for the line to be piling up.

This is a new location, but the quality and service was poor. The went first thing in the morning, the donut selection was extremely poor— probably half or less of the quantity and selection it should be. No maple bars, no old fashioned, one type of munchkin.
I got 5 donuts total and the price was $14, which is honestly insane— let alone the fact the that donuts were old. They had that sweaty look where the top looks wet, and they were smashed.
Large indoor space yet no chairs or places to sit.
Please improve quality.

Same 2 women are always working so hopefully they're getting paid well as they handle crowds efficiently, they don't screw up orders like the majority of DD locations, despite the place looking like it'll close any second it's decent mostly because of the staff.

Yo, the coffee at Dunkin' was straight-up trash. I ordered a shot of espresso with coffee, but the dude didn't add it and then lied about it. He came back with another cup, but it didn't have any cold foam. And to top it all off, they didn't even have the donut I wanted and refused to give me a different one. What a joke!
