First off there is a lady with a hijab that works there (didn’t get her name) that is constantly rude to my husband every time he goes to order. She seems to never understand what he’s asking for, not sure if she doesn’t speak English well or pretends not to understand him. Next their donuts are not fresh at all. I sometimes get half a dozen and 2-3 of the donuts will be super hard. I don’t know why the employees would give out these donuts if they can feel they’re inedible. When my husband asked to have the hard donuts switched for fresh donuts, the same female employee mentioned above gave him attitude and was hesitant to change it ! As if she expected us to eat those hard donuts !

I live in the neighborhood so I frequently pass the Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been here multiple times before and never gave it a review so I figured why not today. I walked in around 1 PM and got the ham and cheese croissant, two cooladas, and a wake up bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. The food is horrible, but I didn’t expect much from Dunkin’ Donuts food. The service was great, and the coolatas weren’t as frozen as I expected and melted fairly quickly, but the strawberry flavor was pretty decent. The Baskin-Robbins side of this Dunkin has lots of ice cream flavors and it is seemingly clean inside. Will return probably on a desperate morning.

food is good staff are nice and customers are good people not up that late at night which during ramadan and eid is important because of people staying up light during eid and ramadan so i suggest they stay up late during those
