Today I ordered a pistachio shake with M&M's on top because it came with cream and a woman who doesn't speak English or Spanish just poured milk and blended it and served it without cream. The M&M's were melted at the bottom. I asked for it to be changed, but they didn't do it since they were terrible from the beginning and the customer service was terrible. I will never return.

Cashier took forever to give 1 donut a small coffee and a coolatta. She actually stopped making my drink to take a person's order as she was preparing my order. Ok. Took order on register. Then she stopped making my coffee to prepare his serve him while I waited. The let him have is order then go back to preparing mine. I told her that was very rude and unprofessional.
