Ordered a small matcha latte from this location got to the bottom of it and it had plastic inside called Dunkin and was told the store manager would contact me but I never received a call or refund this is disgusting as someone who works in a kitchen I know food safety and this is a serious issue

The cashier lady’s are super rude in the morning giving attitudes. Order online and went to pick up when asked where my order was they were just rude. I have order here multiple times and with the cashier they are ALWAYS RUDE. The guy on the other hand is the only great-able and friendly one. If you don’t like to do your job why are you there?

Be aware.This morning someone got served, my used coffee.I ordered a small pumpkin coffee with cream and sugar. While ordering I had to repeat myself to the lady three times. I ended up getting a small coffee with cream.I started to drink it while she makes my food. I like my coffee to be sweet, when I noticed that it wasn’t a pumpkin coffee I spit the coffee back into the cup and notified the lady that it’s not what I ordered. She responded with “ OH ok” so I set the coffee on the counter and told her that I didn’t want it.I received my food at the same moment and as I walked it out I watch them give my coffee to someone else.
They didn't have what I ordered and didn't get a refund until after I called customer service.

Horrible service my mobile order was set as completed but when I went to pick up my order there wasn’t any donuts. They didn’t want to issue a refund and said it was my problem and I should cancel the order. Very rude and unhelpful.

Between 12pm-1pm two immigrant women made fun of a customer for not speaking Spanish. They should not be fired but they should be reprimanded.
