Went to the Dunkin’ and had a pretty frustrating experience. I ordered one iced coffee with oat milk, but the cashier charged me for two and gave me cream instead. I didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed because service was incredibly slow , it took nearly 20 minutes just to get the wrong order. I ended up giving the second coffee to my sister, but even though they were supposedly the same drink, they tasted totally different. Not the worst coffee, but the inconsistency and service definitely need improvement.
