The two ladies that are Bangladesh descent are very rude and obnoxious with people even though this is located in the heart of East New York Brooklyn there are people that come from Howard Beach to come shop here and sit at the local fine eateries especially Dunkin' Donuts to get treated the way they are the way they throw things at you and don't give you your change or condiments in your hand is very rude they need more training

They don't pay attention to orders, expectially the Bengali man that works there. If you pay extra and order with almond milk, they'll give whole milk. I ordered an iced coffee with 4 pump and caramel, they didn't give a single one. Go to a better rated Dunkin for drinks, you'll waste your money here. The food was alright.

I am so disappointed at this spot man the lady here is so rude she’s always acting like she’s bothered when you ask for something she treats you like it’s free and if it is I earned my points I am so tired of her and it’s the same little lady all the time I stopped coming here however then I returned because I shop in shoprite all the time and everytime I shop I buy Dunkin it’s awful I am officially not ever returning I just wanted to share because as yelper and a faithful Dunkin supporter along with everything they same about them I am still wasting my money with them no longer at this place

This location has gone downhill. I used to enjoy buying my coffee here so I can sip and shop. As of late, the coffee strength is like water AND the coffee isnt creamy after adding 3 pumps of milks. Everything is watered down, not to mention, the baristas do not pay attention to the orders ie. 1 sugar versus dumping it in the cup. Very disappointed these last few months.

Ice cream was so hard the server couldn't get it out. She got tired of trying and gave me about 2/3 of what I paid for. She checked with the person in charge."He told her it was ok. The Ice cream was also freezer burned and lacked flavor .
