NEVER LOOKED UP FROM HIS PHONE
Anyone walking in the store can see down the long counter where employees take and fulfill orders. So I saw the guy sitting looking at his phone immediately.
Went to the center of the counter where the registers are; at that point I could no longer see him. So I waited and waited then finally said, "Is anybody working here?" - No response.
After waiting some more I gave up and snapped some pictures of him still on his phone. He never once looked up.
I walked three avenues over and 5 street blocks down to another Dunkin' location where I got great service.
NOTE TO OWNER: I walked my money to another location rather than stand around longer and wait until an employee determined it was worth it to take my money or not.
You can treat people in this neighborhood with bad service only so long. It will catch up to your bottom line.

The overall vibe of this location is “miserable”The staff, the food, the quality of the store, it only survives because of the subway stop across the street so theres little incentive for the franchisee or managers to put much care in anything here. And of course ill still visit because its by the train!

Terrible service! Don’t ever make the coffee right & don’t wear gloves when handling the food. Please consider hiring friendlier staff. I’ve been to Dunkin near 47th Rockefeller that are very fast pace and still friendly & wear gloves. As well as other locations that provide better service. Stay away.

Just close it out here it is giving bad reputation for all
Ordered 2 coffee rolls via Door Dash. they substituted bow-ties because they were out of coffee rolls. received the order and when i bite into the bow-tie it was hard and tasted flavorless and stale. Should have just given my business to Krispy Kreme.
