When I asked dor an latte they took way to long and I realised that they put mad ice , didn't break it up nothing like : 80% ice 10% cream and 10 % milk and suger now I know I should NEVER come to this dunkin hire new staff.

Worse service ever. Went in today at 12:55 to get a milkshake. 5 minutes later a lady starts mopping the floor. 10 minutes later she’s yelling asking “where’s azma”. Another lady worker walks in as her ANOTHER lady is leaving. They Start talking as im still waiting to be attended. Now the lady who was mopping said to give them a couple minutes. 5 minutes pass by and still nothing. I come back 35 minutes later and there’s STILL NO ONE AT THW COUNTER. All I hear is change being counted behind in the doors for 5 minutes straight and again still nobody. I called corporate and filed a complaint. If people don’t want to work then don’t work simple. Bad rep on this franchise location.

Terrible service. Disgusting to experience nasty attitudes and combative cashiers that argue with each other and guests over online orders and those places in store at 5:30am. Then instead of fixing it, walking away after shouting so loud the next customers walked out.

I told him to put less ice if he forgot n he did not listen or follow instructions on it, when I got there he telling me they did not received it at the store then I’m telling the manager that I ordered it still telling me the same thing I’m showing them the order on my phone on the app… my order was not at waiting area for my order never order here again….!!! I do not recommended to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts
