i go to this dunkin every morning for a drink before work. one morning i went in just for a bottle of water, i grabbed it from the fridge and waited 15 minutes at the register to pay and none of the staff came over to the register, so i put the drink back and left as i didn’t want to be late for work. this is a common occurrence as they are super understaffed and take forever to attend to customers at the register.
i come in the next day and they accused me of stealing the bottle of water and asked for a receipt without even checking camera footage or investigating as i clearly did not steal a 2 dollar bottle of water.
extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and uncalled for as i come in and pay for the same drink every morning for the past 6 months. maybe check to see if someone stole something before accusing them of a crime. never coming here again.

This Dunkin Donuts is always well stocked with 1 pound bags of coffee for take-home. Better price than the supermarkets, which are now charging almost $15 for a 12 oz bag. Store is always clean, staff is polite.
