I literally just got food from here and they messed up my order besides the coffees I ordered loaded hashbrowns which consist of bacon cheese and hashbrowns so the woman working made mine without the cheese and the hashbrowns were all soft and bacon wasn't even fully cooked straight pink next time imma sue when yah do dis again with bacon yah really trynna make us sick just cuz its against yah religion if thats the case don't work at dd for all that or just go to a cultured one 🙃

I walked in there and it was only 1 guy working and he was standing at the oven, I stood at the counter waiting to be served and he just stood at the oven waiting for food to finish cooking, when he finally came to served me I was annoyed anyway I asked for a bagel twist, he said it wasn't ready. I ordered a medium black tea and a coffee cake muffin toasted, the tea was not hot and the muffin was not warm or toasted, i will not spend my money in there again

I was made fun of in this Dunkin Donuts by your associates. The Comment he uttered under his breath was racially motivated and to add insult to injury, he said it in spanish . perhaps he didn't think i would understand him. The other associates laughed carelessly in front of other customers. I felt truly disrespected by this and I would not suggest going to spend your money there.
There so bad with there services don’t know how to get your ordered right there give me a cup that was broken and just give me a other cup on my broken cup and I older a bagel cream cheese I ask for jelly and there just put different jelly an I ask to fix my ordered an there didn’t want to do fix my ordered bad

Yesterday I came into the store and got an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When I left the store I jumped on the bus and when i looked down to drink my coffee. The cream was in FLAKES! Today I had time came by showed the cashier the card swipe on my phone with the exact time that I ordered. Told me that she couldn't help me that I had to come a different day and talk to a manager. I didn't even want my money back! I just wanted my coffee. There is absolutely no reason she couldn't just make me the coffee resolved. That is horrible customer service . For me to waste more time in my day to come resolve a problem THEY made is insane! Time is money in ny and you have made me waste more money! Osma was repeating over and over again that she "understood" this is uncalled for behavior and I need to make sure it is known. Please be aware of the way they are trained here, if this is how she acts towards a customer im positive that is direct reflectipn to the managemnet team! I am a business owner and if this was a customer complaint in my mattress store it would have been resolved differently.

My biggest issue are the coffee rolls. There are never enough, I suggest they make more. I hope that they read this and I see a difference.
