I have a drink order saved in the app. Every time I order it from this location it never tastes right. I don't think they are using dunkin's syrups. I've ordered from lots of DD around the states, this is the only location that always taste off. To top it off, the service at this location is painfully slow!

Save your money and make your own coffee at home. If I could give no stars I would. Service is trash, food and drinks are trash and they are always out of something.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to, one staff member in particular was so awful to me I am considering never going to any Dunkin’s donuts ever again. Management needs to step in asap!

Since February 13, I’ve tried to contact the franchisee about a racist incident I witnessed from the manager here. It’s now September, and I have yet to receive an update- to my knowledge, this manager is still employed.
When I entered the store at issue, the manager, who wasn't wearing a name tag, told me she couldn’t make my drink as they were out of oat milk. I asked if they had other non-dairy milks, and she told me she would look in the back. However, when the women ahead of me, who also ordered a drink with oat milk, informed this manager that they are lactose intolerant, the manager told them that she would be unable to accommodate them, as they did not have any non-dairy milks in stock. These two women are Black, and
I am a white woman.
Minutes later, the manager returned from the back to inform me that they did have almond milk in stock. The two previously mentioned women asked if the manager could now accommodate them by using the almond milk in their drink. The manager refused to respond. The women asked if they could speak to a manager, to which she replied that she was the manager. I then asked the manager to make the women’s drink with almond milk. She initially refused, but acquiesced when I made it clear that I would not leave the store until these women were accommodated. When the
women’s drink was made, the manager handed the
drink to me, still refusing to acknowledge the other
women.
I’ve contacted Dunkin corporate, City Council, the NY Commission on Human Rights, the NYS Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. No one has enacted change in response to this disgusting act. Everyone involved should be ashamed.

The worst Dunkin donuts I've ever seen... They barely have donuts. For 12donuts they wanted charge separately... avoid this one...

Worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. The manager here is Sheuli and she is rude and nasty. I’ve had multiple bad encounters at this Dunkin‘s location. They make the worst coffee. Their coffee is always diluted, they barely add any sugar to the orders. They don’t follow the orders at all. If they mess up your order and you ask them to fix it they’ll give you the attitude instead and talk to you like it’s your fault they did a bad job
Specifically, the manager, Sheuly is the worst. You can hear her talking to her employees, bad mouthing the customers in the background if they make any specific requests. One time I was given spoiled creamer in my coffee while I was pregnant. While I was there, I brought it up to the manager and said that the creamer is spoiled and requested if I could get a fresh batch of coffee to which I was given pushback and talked to like I was lying. Shiuley said the creamer was given from a new container which absolutely could not have been the case because the creamer was bad and you could taste it. She would not believe me so I told her she should try out my coffee to see if she doesn’t believe me and she was SO OFFENDED BY THAT. She ended up giving me creamer on the side from the same container which was bad and I had to tell her again to switch out the creamer!!! It was as if the expedition was for me to walk away with coffee with bad cream in it. She then proceeded to badmouth me in her native language, which I also speak, and when I heard that I called her out on it, and we ended up having an argument. This is the MANAGER at this location. We wrote an official complaint about this but nothing was done about it as she still continues to be the manager to this day
Recently, I had another one of these encounters with her team. They ended up giving me an order with bacon in it, and when I said that I do not eat bacon and requested the bacon to be taken off of the wrap they ignored me for five minutes while I stood there, waiting for them to take my order back. The man initially blamed me for for ordering the wrong wrap and then proceeded to ignore me for a while before he grabbed the bag from my hand to change my order. THE WORST DUNKINS YOULL EVER BE AT! You should report these people and maybe if it’s coming from more people the admin will finally move these people away from this location and train their staff how to provide better customer service
