One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only for the cashier to cancel it right in my face — just because she “didn’t have change.” No apology, no effort to fix the situation. I’ve never seen such disrespect toward a paying customer. This is beyond disappointing — it’s embarrassing for Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve business at all.

The drinks were horrible and the server took forever to make them..she kept adding water to my drink and got mad when I asked how long my drink would take because I did a mobile order ahead of time and the place was completely empty…so she didn’t even bother to full my cups…ok I did not complain but when I tasted it i could not drink it because it was tasteless and water down…so I went back in to return the drink and the manager was very rude and did not want to change the drink she grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash with a rage…made me fresh drinks then angrily slammed the straws in the counter and turned her back and said have a nice day…I will never spend my money at this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore..and I will also make sure to tell my friends and family so not go there…upper management you guys need to do better and find some better workers with better customer service skills because these workers are not doing anything justice to the place.
