The drinks were horrible and the server took forever to make them..she kept adding water to my drink and got mad when I asked how long my drink would take because I did a mobile order ahead of time and the place was completely empty…so she didn’t even bother to full my cups…ok I did not complain but when I tasted it i could not drink it because it was tasteless and water down…so I went back in to return the drink and the manager was very rude and did not want to change the drink she grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash with a rage…made me fresh drinks then angrily slammed the straws in the counter and turned her back and said have a nice day…I will never spend my money at this Dunkin’ Donuts anymore..and I will also make sure to tell my friends and family so not go there…upper management you guys need to do better and find some better workers with better customer service skills because these workers are not doing anything justice to the place.

I came 45 minutes before closing, the cappuccino machine is already under Cleaning and forndesert the is not even one donut to buy. Shame.

Whatever you guys have done to ruin my favorite hashbrowns in fast food, please stop doing it and read the instructions to find out the way the other Dunkin’ Donuts are doing it my food was cold. My hashbrowns were burnt, and my coffee was cold.
I normally don’t write negative reviews so without being rude at all cost avoid this Dunkin Donuts location. The store is always out of stock of basic things, cleanliness is not up to par, workers are clueless, and the drinks are not prepared well.I ordered a chai latte from here and it literally tasted like a tall glass of milk after a few sips I started to feel sick and was getting really nauseous. I will never go to this location again!
