Whatever you guys have done to ruin my favorite hashbrowns in fast food, please stop doing it and read the instructions to find out the way the other Dunkin’ Donuts are doing it my food was cold. My hashbrowns were burnt, and my coffee was cold.

I normally don’t write negative reviews so without being rude at all cost avoid this Dunkin Donuts location. The store is always out of stock of basic things, cleanliness is not up to par, workers are clueless, and the drinks are not prepared well.I ordered a chai latte from here and it literally tasted like a tall glass of milk after a few sips I started to feel sick and was getting really nauseous. I will never go to this location again!

This dunkin’ donuts brought me the wrong order than when i called to ask them to change it for me they declined my calls and when i called the uber guy he hung up and blocked my number don’t order from here from uber eats and if u do ur gonna get scammed it’s not worth spending money on this store if they are only gonna bring u 1 out of the 3 doubts u ordered they are scammers

The people in here work very slow. They are the worst . It’s a long line one person at the register. While the others are taking there time and making there order. No consideration for the customers who has to go to work. Fast food service is supposed to be quicker.

Bought a $4 dollar drink asked 3 times for a cup of Ice. The dunce at the counter finally says as I asked a third time, " You already bought a drink just take this"..... I will NEVER go back here. Just go to the one up the street towards the museum they will give u ice no problem and are nicer, and cleaner too.
I asked them cream n caramel coffee …they told me no cream roudly n just give me ice coffee n the girl who took my order was really

Horrible horrible horrible .. waited over 20 minutes for my matcha lattes ! Service was extremely slow and the gentleman who made my drink didn’t stir it and left ALL of the matcha at the bottom of the cup, then he stirred it with a dirty spoon and now the drink tastes like everything in the

A 1star rating because I love donuts! The male staff here, not sure if he is the manager/supervisor, but his attitude is disgusting! Never a pleasant greet.. not even a hello from him!! Very unprofessional and just rude! Beware of buying anything from here..I wouldn’t trust it! That type of energy passed on to the consumption of food in this case donuts.. Is not the brightest idea! It’s sad because everyone else at this Dunkin’ Donuts are much nicer and professional! Please replace this horrible person!

The tall dark gentlement had an attitude and made me a poor drink. I ordered a caramel latte and got watered drink. If your gonna decide to work here than make an effort to make people's drinks good or have someone else make them or quit!!!!
