Just had the worst experience at this location, the cashier took my order wrong and then got upset at me because I told her it was the wrong order and she even said “do you not speak English” which felt extremely RACIST because I am Latina and our conversation was in English. I’m never returning to this store again

THIS USED TO BE THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS WHEN THE FEMALE MANAGER WAS THERE PINPUSH! NOW, THIS DUNKIN DONUTS HAS TURNED INTO AN ATROCIOUS DISGUSTING FAST FOOD CHAIN RESTAURANT! THE WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE, LOW STAFFED, THE MANAGER IS DOWNRIGHT RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES! THEY MAKE SO MANY INCORRECT ORDERS, AND THAN DON’T WANT TO REFUND YOU BACK WHAT ORDERS THEY CHARGED YOU FOR INCORRECTLY! THE WORKERS ARE ALL RUDE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE YOUNG GIRL WITH THE HIJAB SHE SEEMS NICE & UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS BUT EVEN SHE GETS THE HEAT OF THE SNOB MANAGER THEY HAVE THERE! WHY DID THE CORPORATE CHANGE THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES THEY WERE ALL THE BEST AND BROUGHT POSITIVITY TO THE ATMOSPHERE ON A DAILY BASIS AND KEPT THE CUSTOMERS SO HAPPY AND ALWAYS WORKED HARD AND QUICKLY. THEY WERE A TRUE BLESSING! THAN THEY BOUGHT THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT CREW THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE FRANCHISE!!! WHY? THAT IS UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS! ? I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD HOW POORLY THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY ARE UNDER PRESSURE! Shame on the young girl working the counter this morning. She completely bypassed me waiting next on line to take a guys order. So I'm guessing Fellas can flash a smile and get skipped at this location. First time I see her there, no name tag but for clarity management should address the young black lady working the register this morning. Not cool, we all have somewhere to be.

If it's 2023...and you're a food chain called Dunkin donuts (you've heard of them right) and you're stilllllllllll using cardboard straws...there is an issue...I'm going to start asking for regional and general managers when I get a potential soggy straw and you're a fast food chain etc, move that bottom line a bit, trust me Dunkin isn't going anywhere anytime soon...you got mom n pop spots giving out quality eco straws...let's get with it Dunkin, real straw or non soggy eco straw...
