I try to give them a 3rd chance but the Cold brew is watered down. I ask for less ice to see if it made a difference but no. This location water down their coffee. My drink has no milk. Just caramel swirl why cant I taste my coffee????? Just go to McDonald’s across the street at this point and save your money.

This Dunkin purposely doesn’t completely fill up your cup. When I order from this location I always see that they don’t pour it to the top line. Also they often forget to put things in your bag when you order online. Today they forgot my hash browns and didn’t fill up my cup. Might as well have ordered a small.

I don’t even want ketchup. If you INSIST on wasting ketchup- ketchup that I never asked for- PUT IT IN THE PAPER BAG- not touching my damn food.

They’ve never once given me a correct item. They will hand you the incorrect donut with such confidence. And then they make it even more special by grabbing it with their bare hands and nothing else. Nothing like a little cross contamination and finger juice to make a morning extra joyful.

This is by far the WORST dunkin I've ever been to! Its like they purposefully strive to make every drink wrong!! Its so infuriating when you are in a rush for work and they make your drinks wrong every single time!! Everytime I'm in there people are fighting with them because they are doing all the orders wrong!! They really need to fire they entire staff and start all over because this is NOT it!!!

This is the nastiest place to get food. Terrible customer service. The place is not safe due to the fact that I witnessed people under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I have pictures, but I'm not sure if it is legal to post.The HEALTH DEPARTMENT MUST pay them a visit. Positive reviews must be from friends and family members. This place is absolutely gross.

I visited this location today for breakfast with a work colleague, and we ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, both items were served cold. The grilled cheese, in particular, was not properly heated; it appeared that a slice of cold cheese was simply placed between the bread without any effort to warm it. If customers request warm food, I believe it is important for the staff to ensure the order is prepared accordingly. This experience highlighted a lack of professionalism and communication, which I hope can be addressed moving forward.

Great looking staff, very nice and actually greet you when you walk in.
Just had the worst experience at this location, the cashier took my order wrong and then got upset at me because I told her it was the wrong order and she even said “do you not speak English” which felt extremely RACIST because I am Latina and our conversation was in English. I’m never returning to this store again
