I ordered two bagels and two donuts with a medium hot chocolate.. the package was packed so poorly when I got my food I opened it everything was soaked.. I ordered veggie cream cheese with my bagels it came with regular cream cheese … like if y’all don’t have what was ordered why not communicate??? I did not ask for regular cream cheese…

Take out order- 2 egg and cheese on a croissant. I was given old, stale croissants. I paid top dollar for what should have been thrown out 2 days ago. I will be following up with corporate and the city's health

I frequent the store every morning and sometimes at night for years, it’s only 3 morning people who actually make the drinks right and properly mix the syrup, the night time has a rude chubby guy who always has an attitude like he doesn’t want to be

I had a very bad experience in this place last night, the person who runs this place is a rude person and has a very bad attitude. I asked him for two coffees and when, after waiting for a long time, he gave me 1 of the coffees. It wasn't mine and without paying attention I tried it and told him: this is not what I asked for and very despotically he snatched it from me and took out the straw and gave it to another boy who was also waiting. It was a very unpleasant experience and when he finally gave me mine he gave me something I didn't ask for. I do not recommend buying at this place if you want to avoid a bad time.
