Incredibly rude and staff and they can never ever get an order right

There's a lot of things I was willing to forgive about this place (always out of things, muffins so hard you could chip your teeth on them) because I know it's difficult to work in an understaffed fast food establishment. But I found a roach in my iced latte the other day. How does that even happen?

I ordered a latte without whipped cream. When it was served with whipped cream, I reiterated that I ordered the drink without whipped cream, and the worker snapped at me and said, "you should have ordered it that way then" (even though... I did). She then just scooped the whipped cream out of the cup, poured in another splash of milk, and gave the drink back to me, instead of remaking it. As its hard to scoop whipped cream out of a beverage you already put it in, there was residual dairy floating around in my drink and, as a vegan, the worker hapazardly scooping out whipped cream was not an appropriate alternative to remaking me the drink I actually ordered. Every time I got in here, there's an issue - whether they're out of oat milk, the espresso machine is broken, etc.

I hated this experience so much I asked for a grilled cheese and the bagel bites and a milk shake and I did not receive any of them in the end I paid $3 for a tiny donut over all terable experience terrible customer survase.
Standard Dunkin' Donuts. Service is better than most outlets

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Flatbush there always crack heads outside the Dunkin’s begging and yelling and screaming . there’s even people doing crack on their pipes in side of the store ,harassing people while trying to order and the workers don’t do anything about it . the workers are always dissing people in the native language . they never have anything that is displayed on the menu.Do Not Come Here!!! Run away immediately !!
