I barely leave one star reviews but this experience was terrible. The old guy who took my order on 10/16 around 2:30 pm didn’t greet me seemed annoyed i was ordering a big meal. When i received the order my sausage egg and cheese wasn’t cooked, my cream cheese sandwich that i asked to be toasted wasn’t toasted & I was missing hash browns. I understand every one has a rough day but please if you’re in the service industry leave your personal issues at home.

The store was empty. The old man at the counter is weird and rude. No greetings, no smile and no facial expression. He needs to learn how to say thank you to customers.

Unlike my neighborhood d d, this d d honored a special offer ($2 breakfast sandwich) quickly and efficiently.
These Dunkin's are absolutely fantabulous because of the way I feel the moment I enter the business. It's always the friendliest hello how are you and if I let them know that their customer service is off IMMEDIATELY an apology is given and if not I write a review without ever returning to that specific Dunkin Donuts. By Grace this has never happened.

Before the Pandemic this DD used to have tables and chairs for customers. Now just a few tables piled in a corner. Stop being cheap! The pandemic is over! Time to bring back customer seating! They certainly have the space for it.
