Terrible service and policies. Around 12:30 p.m., they won’t sell you a dozen donuts because “they need to run the store” and will only sell them individually, making you pay more.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered something extremely simple, an iced coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. Something I always get. When I picked up the coffee, it must’ve had 10 sugars in it. Completely undrinkable with how sweet it was. How hard is it to get one of the most simple orders wrong? No chance I ever return to this location.

I was over charged. Given wrong order and when I showed proof both ladies were very rude saying price change even showing proof the said no and offered no solution… and when asked to speak to manager he walked off to back avoid this place
I walked in this morning and found the two employees engaged in a deep conversation. I said 'good morning' to get their attention, but they continued talking and ignored me, so I left.

I barely leave one star reviews but this experience was terrible. The old guy who took my order on 10/16 around 2:30 pm didn’t greet me seemed annoyed i was ordering a big meal. When i received the order my sausage egg and cheese wasn’t cooked, my cream cheese sandwich that i asked to be toasted wasn’t toasted & I was missing hash browns. I understand every one has a rough day but please if you’re in the service industry leave your personal issues at home.

The store was empty. The old man at the counter is weird and rude. No greetings, no smile and no facial expression. He needs to learn how to say thank you to customers.
