These Dunkin's are absolutely fantabulous because of the way I feel the moment I enter the business. It's always the friendliest hello how are you and if I let them know that their customer service is off IMMEDIATELY an apology is given and if not I write a review without ever returning to that specific Dunkin Donuts. By Grace this has never happened.

Before the Pandemic this DD used to have tables and chairs for customers. Now just a few tables piled in a corner. Stop being cheap! The pandemic is over! Time to bring back customer seating! They certainly have the space for it.

Today I did something very stupid and went running in freezing weather without gloves on. I ran 3 miles around Prospect Park freezing cold and, instead of running straight back to my apartment like an intelligent person would have done, I ran to Dunkin Donuts, thinking that a hot drink would warm me up more quickly than if I would be warmed up if I went straight home. But as soon as I walked into Dunkin Donuts, I somehow felt even colder than I had when I was outside. I burst out crying; my hands felt like they were burning cold. The man behind the counter took me in, let me wash my hands with hot water, sat me down and brought me a hot drink, gave me munchkins, and advised me to wear a jacket in the future. He offered to call my mom -- I didn't have the heart to tell him that I am, in fact, 23 years old and supposedly an adult!Someone give this kind man and his kind coworkers a raise!!!

“My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. I ordered bagels and was thoroughly unsatisfied. The bagels had very little cream cheese, and the amount of jelly and cream cheese spread on them was minimal. While the service wasn’t bad, the food quality was extremely poor. People here are really nice! I go to a gym nearby, which closes at 11pm on weekdays. There are times where I'll leave the gym before it closes, order Dunkin on mobile app and the people here are nice enough to make the order for me to pick it up before they close. Very convenient!
Never thought I’d find myself writing a review for a Dunkin’ Donuts location but here we are. Coffee orders were perfect with zero mistakes, food was awesome. Best of all…they cut the bagels in half for us!!! I’m not sure I’ve ever seen another dunkin location do this. It just makes the bagel better. Thank you!

Literally needed 60 seconds to use the restroom before I could catch a bus and be on my way, even after offering to buy something. The workers refused. Avoid at all costs.
