This location needs extra customer service training immediately. There is one solid employee who is great & everyone loves her. But when she is not there, it’s a total mess. Employees do not want to help customers. They are arguing back and forth with me for a MISTAKE they had done & had the audacity to tell me they will need to charge me for another drink if I want them to remake it??!!! Worst Dunkin experience ever!

Horrible service after standing in line for about 20 min the lady that was working there took the order of a guy that had recently arrived. She took his order before me because she knew him and made everyone else wait... Idc who you know you make the line like everyone else.
