This place needs an overhaul of the workers staff food and cleanliness it is disgustingly dirty and the staff needs to be fired and retrain new people with good customer service skills

The two or three folks who are behind the counter at any time (usually two) work quick while still taking the time to remember their repeat customers. They’re busy and will often run out of things, likely because of their convenient location compared to the size of the store. Still, they will make things work for you and happily offer alternatives! Good-natured guys who work hard and know their job.

Came in Wednesday morning asking for my always usual DD order L hot caramel latte w 8 pumps of caramel and almond milk and the guy gives me a iced latte and wants to argue w me saying thats what i ordered. Yet ive never ordered a iced latte from any DD.

Beyond awful service. You can be the only person there and wait 30 minutes for a coffee while they make door dash orders ignoring you. when they're done poorly making it, they barely put the lid on in hopes it ends up in the gutter where it belongs.
