Beyond awful service. You can be the only person there and wait 30 minutes for a coffee while they make door dash orders ignoring you. when they're done poorly making it, they barely put the lid on in hopes it ends up in the gutter where it belongs.

He was the best we had there coffees all with extra caramel and he was said I’m so sorry and he brought the caramel drizzle thing out and he said take as much as u want. Also I ordered one donut and he gave us two who h was amazing best worker there and he was the only one there too

The guy working there on a Friday afternoon was no help whatsoever, mind you he had no customers in the store. Told me to order on the kiosk which I had no problem with but the machine wasn’t properly working.

A disaster. Some employees are nice and some don’t acknowledge your existence. No point in placing a mobile order unless 25 min ahead because they don’t make it until you walk in. So slow and disorganized. Coffee is always way too sweet, despite putting one pump of a flavor. Had to have them remake my coffee 3 times today, one latte was too sweet, the next coffee they gave me drip coffee instead of a latte and the next was finally kind of right. Please get organized and be more attentive to your customers! :(

Don’t order any food unless you want it raw. So gross. How hard is it to cook the bacon? Disgusting. Also I get the wrong donuts half the time I order too. It’s so disorganized and the people are so lazy barely doing their jobs.

Disorganized. Dirty. Disappointing. Every morning, I get the same thing. I order ahead so it will hopefully be ready. It absolutely NEVER is. This morning, in particular, I went to grab my order and again, it wasn't even close to ready. They were backed up with maybe 5 orders on the screen and one woman upset to tears because the service here constantly makes people late for work. I didn't even wait for my order as I too was becoming severely late. I told them I'd be back and not to make my order yet as I knew it would be cold. But guess what? I'm sitting here eating cold food because I refuse to become irate with fast food workers. It's not their fault. It is the fault of management.
This is the second time that i buy my coffee here, and all i can said is that i won’t come again. The coffee taste like old and burn. First i got ice latte and now hot and is the same.

Horrible service. Thieves. They gave me less change than I was supposed to get. When I asked them about it they said they were out of change. They were going to just not give me change without saying anything if I didn’t notice. I won’t return to this store.

This place use to be so good, now all the people who work there are nasty, they do not know what they are doing. Food is never cooked correctly. The manager needs to re-evaluate who he is hiring.
