Came in Wednesday morning asking for my always usual DD order L hot caramel latte w 8 pumps of caramel and almond milk and the guy gives me a iced latte and wants to argue w me saying thats what i ordered. Yet ive never ordered a iced latte from any DD.

Beyond awful service. You can be the only person there and wait 30 minutes for a coffee while they make door dash orders ignoring you. when they're done poorly making it, they barely put the lid on in hopes it ends up in the gutter where it belongs.

He was the best we had there coffees all with extra caramel and he was said I’m so sorry and he brought the caramel drizzle thing out and he said take as much as u want. Also I ordered one donut and he gave us two who h was amazing best worker there and he was the only one there too

A disaster. Some employees are nice and some don’t acknowledge your existence. No point in placing a mobile order unless 25 min ahead because they don’t make it until you walk in. So slow and disorganized. Coffee is always way too sweet, despite putting one pump of a flavor. Had to have them remake my coffee 3 times today, one latte was too sweet, the next coffee they gave me drip coffee instead of a latte and the next was finally kind of right. Please get organized and be more attentive to your customers! :(
