Horrible cashiers in customer service. You would think they would put their best cashiers in the front to help with customer service. Nope, these have to be the rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with. The guy questioned why I was asking for a $2 refund after I had indicated that the cashier forgot to scan it at the end of the order. He stated, “Yeah right, you probably forgot to give it to her.” Really? The other two cashiers look like they are always pissed and can’t wait to leave. Whenever you need help on the floor there’s never anyone to help you. BJ’s needs to hire people that want to serve the community with a smile. This also includes the manager who always has an attitude and seems annoyed when you ask her a question.

Friday workers are disrespectful. They have Nasty attitude towards their customers. BJs need to change their staffing and look for educated people that has good pleasant customer service..their attitude would lead people towards SUICIDE! That's how harsh and empty minded they are.

A $800 laptop was on clearance for about $300. I bought it for my son and left for vacation. When I returned, he asked me to upgrade the storage. I opened it and upgraded the drive. When I fitted it back up, I realized that I was sold a different laptop, which was the same price as the discounted price laptop. Attached is what I should have had, an Intel I7; I got an Intel I3. Could not return it, too many scratches, etc, to remove the screws and keyboard

Just did an online order! They gave me a expired salmon (fish) and bad smell !! Expired 10/22/I can believe you trust this people to prepare your order because you are lock of time and they don’t even care to pick up good items for you !! Unbelievable

This place isn't elderly or disabled ♿ friendly, they have 2 or 3 scooters and only one or two would be available for use. The scooters are never fully charged, midway of shopping, I have to cut my shopping trip short. I hope one in charge look at these reviews and take into consideration the issues being addressed, other than that I have no complaints with staff. My only issue with them is that instead of charging the electric scooters, staff be having their phones charging on the outlet. Fix this and this can be a 5 star review
