Today at 11am I arrived at this dunkin to pick up a latte i ordered on the go. I realized I sent it to the wrong location and I told the lady at the front about it. I showed her my receipt, it showed the same day and time and I asked if it can be made here since I already paid for it and the other location was at Metropolitan. She said no. " it's different companies" . I said it's Dunken Donuts and showed her my receipt again. She said no and expected me to pay for another one. She was inconsiderate and not understanding. There is a better way to speak to peaople, it was just a bad experience.

At 6:30 am today as every day I approached the Dunkin for my regular matcha and the lady who was there was very rude with me when I told him that the matcha was not full and not stabl. Cancelo and he told me that if he wanted to fill the glass it was extra! It is a disrespect for a client like me that every day consumes in this company! I can't believe they have such disrespectful staff! It is a pity they have lost a client in this location.

I only got a coffee, but I will never get food here again. There was a cloying, unsanitary scent of icing and human waste permeating the room.
The sole staff member working was courteous and prompt which thankfully allowed me to escape this vomitous miasma swiftly.
As I clutch the leaking cup containing my boiling hot overpriced stale coffee and bring it ever closer to my lips, I realize I should probably pour this in one of my own mugs first or maybe right down the drain.

Update:This is the place that joy and happiness and customer service comes to die!!! I am not sure who is more miserable the employees or the customers.I don't understand what's happening at this location.....today was the 7th time I went there in July....lucky 7 I hoped....and for the 7th time the latte machine was down or broken or being cleaned. I have gone there different times and different days and always the same issue....Very disappointing

I placed a relatively large mobile order for pick up. When I arrived the person was very rude, told me the store was closed at 9:30pm and couldn’t make anything for me because the machines were cleaned. I asked for a refund and the person refused and told me to call customer service number on the app for a refund

Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian, vegan or eating halal, you can request who is making the food to change their gloves. They usually don't change their gloves with every order.
This is the worst Dunkin Donut store I have experienced. It is the slowest. Whenever I get in, I at least wait for 20 min even there is 1 person in front of me. Also happens 3 times that I got Bagel with cream cheese almost no cheese in it, more than half of the bagel literally empty. Definitely going to another dunkin donut from now on even it is further away.

Dukin Donut to be honest in America it doesn't really matter where you go. Most of the times it'll always be a hit. It depends on who's making it to where it could possibly be a miss. Overall a decent Chain in the fast food bizz
