Very bad service. The cashier rudely insisted on charging me for an extra cup of ice with my order. Paris Baguette across the street had no issue with giving me a cup of ice. Paris Baguette has better pastries and polite employees! Unlike this Dunkin location.

This used to be a wonderful family run pharmacy. Now it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts: a brand that gives Ben Affleck money, and we all have to watch him on the Super Bowl because of it. Dunkin’ Donuts is a place to grab a terrible cup of coffee cause you’re on the run and don’t have ANY other options. There are so many other options in Williamsburg. Shame on you for even considering this. Honestly, shame on you for reading this far into a review of it. Get your priorities right, man.

The manager was the one that was taking my order. I asked him not to give me the strawberry frosted sprinkle donut that had a little bit of chocolate on it as I don’t like chocolate that’s the first donut he gave me after I requested not to give it to me. When I notice the donut was not on the tray. I removed the donut out of the bag. I said sir I requested to not get this donut as it has chocolate he said it’s strawberry I said yes but it has a little bit of chocolate. He took the donut and place it back on the tray and I said sir I touch it you might want to throw it out. He ignored me so I repeated myself about 5 times and the worker took it and it threw it in the trash. How is this man a manager? I was so upset and I left. A customer behind me was shaking his head in disbelief.

If you have an Amex card, this location does not qualify for your monthly Dunkin' credit. Any purchase here will for some reason show up on your statement as "Dougnut Plant" instead if Dunkin', and it will list an address in LIC. This is like a fake Dunkin Donuts apparently. Amex won't register that this is a Dunkin' and will not credit you back.
Here a no restroom for customer.
