Dont go to this Dunkin’ Donuts whatever you placed a order in they wont have it the service here is terrible in the morning and the afternoon not many workers don’t go to this Dunkin I prefer a different Dunkin their service might be better then here at this one

If this is the one by Rkwy. Pkwy, they appear 2 have changed hands n they r not 2 hands on yet. I guess it will take time but, I miss the last owner's mixings, they knew how 2 make the iced, flavored coffees.

Says open at 5am. It's now 5:34am & doors still locked. I knocked on the door to get a guys attention. He ignores me. Nothing wrong with telling customers they're alil delayed in opening up. But to just ignore & continue stocking donuts...Maybe workers open the door to stock at 5am but door open 6am for customers

Very sad looking now with all the changes. The taste of the beverages went down a few notches. Good luck getting a hot latte, chai or anything except coffee during the winter. It's not even warm. However, the DD morning crew members are all very nice, Julia and Amina rock!

The manager was so rude to the employees and to the customers. No one was taking anyone orders, I was in the dunkin donut waiting for someone for 20 mins. And let me remind you it was 4-5 workers . The manager was yelling at the employee and making her not taking any customers that was trying to place an order.

Before writing review, I read the reviews already. This place is actually busy. Crew Members are trying to do best for customers. During waiting in the line, I observed some customers change their mind, some customer needs whip cream after crew asking several times before closing order and also order hot coffee and asking for ice coffee. I saw an old lady come to this store and she doesn’t know what’s she looking for in her coffee cup. They made several times her coffee to have her taste. These type of customers make them slow. And also Amena is the best here. She makes my coffee.
