Literally every time I come in there it’s a scene or someone is complaining about their order, and it’s always a long line but just today I was late for work cause they didn’t give me my order mind you it was ready since I got there, people asking for their food but they said we had to wait even when the food was there, and even worst they didn’t even bother to heat up my food and actually left it cold. So I went to work late and hungry. VERY UNSATISFIED CLOSE IT DOWN ALREADY.

The entire staff is pleasant and very much familiar with your order. From the morning staff to the evening, they are the BEST! They keep you abreast of new food products...! I truly cant complain. This is the DD in Canarsie; 1375 Rockaway Parkway.
I went yesterday afternoon to buy a small coffee — the date was May 18th afternoon. There were several employees at Dunkin’, but one of them was not professional. There was a middle-aged man who had previously made sarcastic remarks about my dress, and he did the same again yesterday.
When I said “small coffee with cream, no sugar,” the cashier told me there’s no need to mention sugar, just saying cream is enough. Then he said more things.
Is it appropriate for someone like him to insult a customer? Is that part of his duty? This person is spreading hate crime.
I want to bring this matter to the attention of Dunkin’s higher authorities.

0/10 Experience. Came in hoping to grab some munchkins none in stock. Asked the manager, and he acted completely lost, like he didn’t even understand what I was asking. Then tells me it’ll take five hours to get more? Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service, no communication. Won’t be back.
