I went yesterday afternoon to buy a small coffee — the date was May 18th afternoon. There were several employees at Dunkin’, but one of them was not professional. There was a middle-aged man who had previously made sarcastic remarks about my dress, and he did the same again yesterday.
When I said “small coffee with cream, no sugar,” the cashier told me there’s no need to mention sugar, just saying cream is enough. Then he said more things.
Is it appropriate for someone like him to insult a customer? Is that part of his duty? This person is spreading hate crime.
I want to bring this matter to the attention of Dunkin’s higher authorities.

0/10 Experience. Came in hoping to grab some munchkins none in stock. Asked the manager, and he acted completely lost, like he didn’t even understand what I was asking. Then tells me it’ll take five hours to get more? Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service, no communication. Won’t be back.

And I had coupons for $1 medium coffee They refused me to give me coffee for my coupons because i didn’t donate on their store Two guy make big argue with me Told me I have to donate on them so they let me use the coupon how ridiculous is that?
Does it really matter where you donate the $1 and get coupons?? Bullshit store

The food here was fine. I placed my order. I will say they did take a while to make it so that is on the negative side but apart from that the employees are very friendly and helpful. I do recommend it. I would just say that they do take a little time to make yourself sometimes they also do get busy so keep that in mind when you order

I ordered online and thought I ordered the 6$ meal deal when I reached to the store it was only the sandwich. I told this lady I’ll pay the difference I want the meal deal which was only like 50 cents more and proceeded to tell me that I would have to place a whole new order and I told her it’s the same price and she continued to argue with me. When I asked her for her name she ignored me. When I spoke to another staff “ Ali “ he said I have to place a whole new order also which didn’t make any sense to me. The unprofessionalism with this lady is horrible I would never come here again! It was 5 in the morning and her behavior was just horrible! I also didn’t even end up getting my food
