Please fire the guy at night. Never gets the order right. Ask for ice coffee and gives it with no ice. Flavor is off and at the time I go theres no traffic. So why cant he take his time and get it right ? Besides the fact he talks to himself smh. He needs to go.

Not open to walk-ins a night. The 24/7 advert is for drive thru only. Sign at walk in door says 24/7 but again the operation hours is only for drive thru.

Very big facility with lots of chair and tables and employees says there is no restroomnfor customers. Why most Dunkin donuts do not have a restroom for customers but want customer business why don't the city look into this and make it mandatory for all food business regardless of size to have restroom for customers.
