This DD is HORRIBLE. They never have any donuts, no coffee flavors you want, no oat milk, only one person works there at a time, and flies are always sitting on the donuts! Close this place down and replace with Starbucks or another coffee shop. Otherwise corporate needs to replace managers here.

Zero stars horrible service!!!! Did a mobile order for a cloud cookie crumble when I picked up I noticed a very colorful topping removed the lid and notice they put some sort of trail mix it had M&Ms chocolate pretzel definitely not the cookie crumble topping when I told BEN what is this he got so offensive said that is the cookie crumble topping i said no it not then he started going off saying thats what the cup said what got me so angry was the fact that there is no remorse what so ever if you guys ran out of the topping simply dont add it they are now altering the drink without consent what if I was allergic to chocolate or what ever ingredients they decided to throw in

We had a huge order, all 4 bagels had expired cream cheese. All we wanted was a refund/gift card to go to another dunkin or at least to make our food with non-expired cream cheese. Not helpful, he said he didn’t care & wasnt going to help. Stop working jobs you hate.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest locations before Covid but now there’s a guy that’s working there that does drugs infront of the restaurant. Which is appalling!! He’s uses his hands to grab your food which is unsanitary.and place looks dirty . Who exactly is managing this location,plus if you pass around 7 pm they’re already closed. They used to close up to 10 pm . This location desperately needs a whole different management because why would I want a junkie handling my food with his bare hands. Please whoever runs this franchise should do something about all these issues or just give it to up to someone else to do a better job because it’s been like this over 4 years!
