We had a huge order, all 4 bagels had expired cream cheese. All we wanted was a refund/gift card to go to another dunkin or at least to make our food with non-expired cream cheese. Not helpful, he said he didn’t care & wasnt going to help. Stop working jobs you hate.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest locations before Covid but now there’s a guy that’s working there that does drugs infront of the restaurant. Which is appalling!! He’s uses his hands to grab your food which is unsanitary.and place looks dirty . Who exactly is managing this location,plus if you pass around 7 pm they’re already closed. They used to close up to 10 pm . This location desperately needs a whole different management because why would I want a junkie handling my food with his bare hands. Please whoever runs this franchise should do something about all these issues or just give it to up to someone else to do a better job because it’s been like this over 4 years!

Old Man on register rude & grabbed my donuts partially with his dirty little fingers . There should be some type of utensil to pick donuts up disgusting ! I should have said something but I didn’t want to ruin his day

The owner or worker looks like a junkie and always closes 10-20 mins early , kicks everyone , you can’t finish drink or meal ever if going in evening . Wish they had more workers it’s always the guy looking to leave to get his fix… just found out his name is Mohammad…. 10 ppl was out side and he waved go go closed…….. everyone was saying they still had 20 mins before closing if 7 wasn’t early enough , he’s closing at 6:40

Horrible Horrible service, ordered on the app to come find out they didnt have any of my sandwiches I ordered available. They gave me the worse attitude about it and they didnt even complete the rest of my order 1 out of 3 drinks made 0 out of 3 hashbrowns made. Rani knows my name and always asks about my niece every time I see her. When my niece goes to pick up our coffees Rani is always super sweet to her. They have to deal with a lot of really difficult customers all the time.
Never had a bad experience here that didn’t involve another customer acting rude.

Small but nice branch I loved the fact that they have tables. Sometimes I’m looking to drink a coffee with a friend or my self only. But this branch you can actually sit and eat there. I ordered two refreshers and bagels/jelly donuts. Everything was good but I particularly likes more the coffee instead of the other drinks that they have. They staff is nice, I have no complaints. They attend you quickly.
