I ordered 2 veggie bacon eggs and cheese on the app and when I went to pick it up they refused to make me my food!!
I hope in the future that Dunkin’ can get it straight and get there act together but for now I will not be ordering from Dunkin anymore

Hash browns are always stiff and burnt never fresh
They mess up my latter orders almost every single time. Bagels are rock hard and the hashbrowns are either burned crispy or soggy. I didn’t want to leave a review but this location really needs better management/service.

Place looks and feels very trashy. Doesnt seem like it has been cleaned up in months. Staff is acting weird and is fighting each other over who will be making orders, plus it takes forever to get the order ready and correct. Not the place to go. Oh well

Okay. I’ve held this in for way too long. And this is not going to be specifically about this Dunkin’ Donuts but generally about all of them. (This one specifically always did smth wrong when I went there so I’m writing this here. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but not anymore. I’ve been their costumer for years, I’ve went to many dunking donuts all over nyc and even in many other states, but 90% of the time something always goes wrong when I make an order. I always get the same drink: caramel iced late. Sometimes I make it decaf and with less ice(usually on an online order). Why is it so hard to just follow the order and give good service if you already went to a costumer service job. I’ve gotten a melted cup, a cup wet and sticky outside with coffee, more ice then I asked for, received wrong orders, got my order given to someone else, gotten the same drink way to sweet and another time barely sweet, gotten half of my order done and the other half they just forgot and then told me that they don’t even have the thing anymore. Also, waited for my order for a while even when I came before some other people that came after me. Received attitude from staff or just careless treatment. Just now I saw how a Dunkin worker took some milk bottles out of the trash and then squished them and shoved the trash so there is more space, in gloves, with which he then later put wiped cream on my coffee. (that was in ORD Illinois airport). I always found Starbucks overpriced but honestly their service makes up for it 100% and I’m willing to pay extra few bucks just to not have my mood ruined. Very disappointed. :((( Dunkin, idk if it’s the wages you give your staff that reflects their bad quality work or what, but please do something about this.
