Absolute terrible coffee, and dumbest workers I’ve seen. Don’t go here. They’re going to mess your order and not understand English to fix it

Worst Dunkin experience ever, It is so bad, I wanna give it a zero, but that’s not possible... so I give it a one.
If Dunkin wants to keep their name from sinking, they need to replace the management at this location immediately.
First, the staff screamed at me just for trying to use the bathroom — apparently even paying customers aren’t allowed basic human decency here. The rudeness was off the charts, and it set the tone for the rest of this disaster of a visit.
The food was a complete abomination. My bagel was burnt beyond recognition, the breakfast sandwich had exactly one lonely strip of bacon (was it supposed to be a garnish?), and the breakfast wrap was served practically raw. Every single drink we ordered was sickeningly sweet, like they dumped half a bag of sugar in.
On top of all that, the staff carried themselves with a level of hostility and indifference that would make even the most forgiving customer walk out.
Terrible service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere.
If Dunkin’s corporate office cares at all about their brand, they’ll overhaul this store from the top down before more customers walk away for good.

They forgot to put kosher bacon on my wrap! Not acceptable! The coffee is always good though

Service is really good, I came here around a month ago, and they were very polite, I tried using a deal after ordering and they nicely explained why the deal didn’t go through and helped me make it happen. They weren’t pissed or annoyed at all, out of all the dunkins I’ve been to, this one has the best service.

Milkshake are always watered down. As many times as I tell them out less milk, they don't listen.
They put half a carton of milk and some ice cream. I had to throw it out 2 times.
Umar is good guy. I can recommend him he knows what you want.

So slow, don’t go if you’re in a rush. I order on my mobile app and got there about 7min later. The lady looked at me so i gave her my order number and name and she walked away. So thought she was going to make the drink. Stood there for another 10min and she asked me again for my name and went back. Another 5min and i just showed her the receipt at that point i missed my train and was getting annoyed because people that came after me waited in line for a while and still got their order before i did. She said my name and order wasn’t there, how do you just realize that 15min later?!? She made my drink but it didn’t taste right but i just left since i didn’t have time to keep waiting. By the way she wasn’t the only one there so it shouldn’t be that slow. Got my drink 25min later, even though i mobile ordered.

I ordered 2 veggie bacon eggs and cheese on the app and when I went to pick it up they refused to make me my food!!
I hope in the future that Dunkin’ can get it straight and get there act together but for now I will not be ordering from Dunkin anymore
